Original Description:

I designed this to be an 'Irish coffee' flavour, with coffee, cappuccino and whiskey flavours, and some gingerbread to balance those bitter flavours with a brown sugar sweetness.

My first impression was that I had failed to create something like Irish coffee. But this unexpected flavour is growing on me already. I'm still enjoying the amazingly long and uncannily accurate aftertaste of the whiskey.

You taste the coffee at first, then that goes away, leaving the whiskey that was hard to place at first. The lingering impression is of having licked the leather-clad writing desk of someone who has a habit of staying up all night smoking, with a bottle of whiskey always to hand.
